Anti-bubbling properties
Water-based wetting and dispersing agents commonly generate a large amount of air bubbles when manufacturing and using coatings. However, Rheoflow DW-104 controls the generation of bubbles in the manufacturing or applying process, so no need to use an additional defoaming agent.
Usage
It is recommended to use 0.6~1.0% of the total formulation as a wetting agent.
As a dispersing agent, it depends on the type and amount of pigment.

[Defoamer]
Rheoflow AF-660, a fluorine-modified silicone antifoaming agent, shows excellent defoaming power even with a small amount.
It is most suitable for solvent-free, oil-soluble type epoxy and urethane flooring type paint. In particular, it has good defoaming ability even at low temperatures, and hardly causes defects such as craters on the paint surface. In addition, this additive does not cause sedimentation even in sub-zero conditions, and maintains a uniform state.
